Our brief was to redesign and upgrade a small very dated, two story townhouse into a modern contemporary home for the client.
Downstairs was redesigned for open plan style living to encompass a kitchen, dining-cum-living space. A downstairs WC and separate storage press for coats was also accommodated. Upstairs the existing three bed one bathroom was reconfigured to form two bedrooms, both en-suite; utilising the landing space for the laundry and a separate linen press. Upgrades to the property included all aspects of insulation, new glazing, insulation and energy efficient lighting. Bespoke joinery was designed for each interior. Specification of full FF&E was also completed together with project management from concept through to completion.
