Description - Complete architecture & interior design service in association with the client’s engineer.
Our role was to redesign this outdated 1970s bungalow into a modern, comfortable and energy efficient home. By completely redesigning the house, demolishing the sunroom to the rear of the house and relocating the staircase it enabled us to design a new mezzanine level which now incorporates the master bedroom, en-suite, home office and yoga zone. With large glazed screens on the ground floor and VELUX® cabriole style windows on the first floor the house is now flooded with light complete with breathtaking views beyond. We also provided a full FF&E service, designed all the internal joinery together with souring and specifying specific furniture pieces.
